Everything that God creates has the ability to function by the law of God for that particular creation to manifest what it was created to be. Within its DNA God gives the creation also the possibility to reach its maximum full potential. When the creation reaches its full potential it then produces its greatest value. However, the science behind the system of God's creation is that each creation depends on another to reach its full potential.
Example: A seed planted in the soil that has lost its nutritional value will not produce a health plant. The plant will not produce quality fruit. The fruit will not contain the fullness of nutritional value for the person eating it. The person will not have their fullness to function at optimal level because they are lacking a particular nutrient in their diet that was inadequate in the fruit.
Everything functions by God's law of creation.
Now, let us take this and apply it to our position we have today in Christ as His body. Since we are a part of the body of Christ, this same law applies where if one part of His body, a person in Christ, is not doing their part functioning at full potential, then there will be a strain on other parts of the body, other members, making it difficult for them to function at optimal level because they are either lacking or having to over compensate carrying the responsibility of another part of the body.
Another example: If a person cannot chew their food properly because of bad dental issues, then it will make it hard on the esophagus for the food to be swallowed. The stomach will have to send extra enzymes to try to break the food down causing it to work harder. The small intestines will have to use extra energy trying to pull from the inadequate processed food the correct nutrients that the body needs. Lastly, the large intestines will be working overtime trying to get rid of the excess food that really should have been absorbed into the body, but could not because it was not masticated properly to begin with. Otherwise, the body could have potential problems of either constipation or diarrhea which would cause an imbalance of necessary fluids the body needs. This shift of the body's natural function can all be related to poor dental health.
When Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose again the old Adamic nature of the first Adam was crucified. Jesus Christ ended the existence of the first Adam as the last Adam and brought into manifestation a new creation in Christ. "The fact is that Christ (the Messiah) has been raised from the dead, and He became the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep [in death].For since [it was] through a man that death [came into the world, it is] also through a Man that the resurrection of the dead [has come].For just as [because of their union of nature] in Adam all people die, so also [by virtue of their union of nature] shall all in Christ be made alive. But each in his own rank and turn: Christ (the Messiah) [is] the firstfruits, then those who are Christ's [own will be resurrected] at His coming" (1 Cor. 15:20-23 AMP).
When we personally accept and receive the reality of what Jesus Christ accomplished at Calvary removing the old Adam, we receive the same nature that is Christ. "Consequently, from now on we estimate and regard no one from a [purely] human point of view [in terms of natural standards of value]. [No] even though we once did estimate Christ from a human viewpoint and as a man, yet now [we have such knowledge of Him that] we know Him no longer [in terms of the flesh].Therefore if any person is in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold the fresh and new has come!" (2 Cor. 5:16-17 AMP).
Within the principle of God's law, when we are born again, there is the requirement to learn from the position of birth as a newborn baby how to be Christ, even though our natural body may be fully developed as an adult. If we try to live as new creations in Christ by our old life, we will be bringing into our Christ identity habits of yesterday causing mixture and confusion reducing the excellent potential of quality fruit of the Holy Spirit to be manifested.
Unfortunately, most Christians do not live to their full potential because they hang on to memories of the old nature not realizing that when Jesus Christ was crucified, He not only died for us, but as us. Being born again is not something that we made a choice to obtain. It was already given to us over 2000 years ago, but we needed to be awakened out of our ignorance by the quickening of the Holy Spirit. Again, the quickening of our spirit was not a moment in time where we had a choice, but God chose to unveil the truth of who we are. "He hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, to the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved" (Ephesians 1: 4-6).
The "step-child" identity of the Adamic nature of adoption into the family of God does not exist with HIM and is not who we really are. It is the imagination of an old nature that we have given power and place to instead of living out of our Christ name and nature that Jesus reestablished when we were created in His image and kind before we were conceived in our mother's womb (Jer. 1:5). When we attempt to adapt our true identity in Christ into an old Adamic nature there is no power and authority of Christ flowing through us. It may be head knowledge, but the passion and heart identity is lacking. For quality fruit of the Holy Spirit to be manifested, the head of the body, Jesus Christ, must be the life of the body, the church flowing through the many members (1 Cor. 12:12).
Christians are identified as the bride of Christ Jesus. Jesus is the beloved bridegroom who has already prepared a place for His bride (John 14:2). His desire is to procreate the marriage of the lamb joining the head with His body. God will not share His temple with another because He will not allow another identity to make claim to be the father of His fruit. "A married woman is bound by law to her husband as long as he lives; but if her husband dies, she is loosed and discharged from the law concerning her husband. Accordingly, she will be held an adulteress if she unites herself to another man while her husband lives. But if her husband dies, the marriage law no longer is binding on her [she is free from that law]; and if she unites herself to another man, she is not an adulteress. Likewise, my brethren, you have undergone death as to the Law through the [crucified] body of Christ, so that now you may belong to Another, to Him Who was raised from the dead in order that we may bear fruit for God" (Romans 7:2-4 AMP).
Therefore, God waits till the bride grows up from being a child of God, and is ready to come into the bridal chamber to consummate the marriage that officially took place at Pentecost when Jesus Christ gave us His Holy Spirit. Unfortunately, most Christians do not even know that they have already been wed, and therefore we have yet to see the corporate bride take off her veil identity as the corporate bride/body willing to accept the seed of her beloved.
This awakening has begun individually around the world. However, it takes a corporate bride to remove the control of an atmosphere of fear into an atmosphere of faith manifesting the kingdom of God in the earth. This great day of the Lord will come when believers in Christ come together in the unity of faith, the wife of the WORD, as one body knowing they are a new creation in Christ, no longer focused on what is in heaven for them, but the life we now live is about HIM. This is the mind of a bride ready to become one with her beloved as a wife and mother anticipating the coming of the fruit of her womb: "The Word (Christ) became flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile) among us" (John 1:14 AMP).
The fruit of this union is the manifestation of: "The fruit of the [Holy] Spirit [the work which His presence within accomplishes] is love, joy (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper, forbearance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness, gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). Against such things there is no law [that can bring a charge]. And those who belong (accept Him as their husband) to Christ Jesus (the Messiah) have crucified the flesh (the godless human nature) with its passions and appetites and desires" (Galatians 5:22-24 AMP).
This covenant marriage we have with the Lamb is SPIRIT. Now the questions we desire to ask connected with this marriage are, "Is SPIRIT male or female? Can sons of God be brides of Christ? Is this a coming marriage in the future, or is it the inheritance of our full potential today as one body of Christ Jesus?"
Let us take a look at what the Scriptures say in John chapter four:
Jesus said to her, "Woman (church, my body), believe Me, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither [merely] in this mountain (mixture) nor [merely] in Jerusalem (grace and the law). You [Samaritans, a mixed up body of Christ] do not know what you are worshiping [you worship what you do not comprehend]." You mix the DNA of being a child of God with the mind of an old nature.
The woman, church answers, "We do know what we are worshiping [we worship what we have knowledge of and understand], for [after all] salvation comes from [among] the Jews (we know that we are children of God as believers in Christ)."
Jesus answers her, "A time will come, however, indeed it is already here, when the true (genuine) worshipers (those that are intimate with the Lamb) will worship (giving of their spirit, soul, mind, and body) the Father in spirit and in truth (reality); for the Father is seeking just such people as these as His worshipers (the true bride of Christ that is ready to be the carrier of His seed). God is a Spirit (a spiritual Being) and those who worship (intimate with) Him must worship (experience intimacy with) Him in spirit and in truth (reality)."
"The woman (the church, body of Christ) said to Him, I know that Messiah is coming, He Who is called the Christ (the Anointed One); and when He arrives, He will tell us (give us more head knowledge for us to comprehend) everything we need to know and make it clear to us."
"Jesus said to her, I who now speak with you am He" (John 4:21-26 AMP).
The Scriptures unveil to us a conversation Jesus Christ had with a woman who had five husbands (grace), and at this moment was now living with a sixth man. This may have been written as a historical moment, but because the woman has no name, we are given this story as a metaphor where woman is a connection to the church, body of Christ Jesus, and helpmate to the image of God. She was carrying the seed of grace (5 husbands DNA) mixed with a man she was living with (6 is the number of man). This is the position that most of the body of Christ exists and functions in today as the church and bride of Jesus Christ. They are still waiting for the bridegroom to come someday while living with the old Adam. Most Christian's doctrines accept that we are living in the time of grace, but they still mix grace under the old Adamic nature.
Jesus has already prepared a place for us to join Him. His desire is to hear the heartbeat and passion of His beloved bride to be ready to consummate the marriage that took place when we took His name receiving Him as our Lord and Savior. He has been courting His bride for over 2000 years but most of His body is still living below their full potential as His bride and wife because their minds are stuck in the past with their dead husband Adam.
Behind the personality and essence of God, the creator of all, is a Fathering Spirit desiring to be a Father to His Kind. The Holy Spirit of God is the Fathering Spirit that presents itself as a gentle dove that does not prey on another, but comes to the rescue identifying the need, heals the wounded, and delivers the bound setting the captive free.
"Happy (blessed, fortunate, enviable) is he who has the God of [special revelation to] Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God, Who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, Who keeps truth and is faithful forever, Who executes justice for the oppressed, Who gives food to the hungry. The Lord sets free the prisoners, The Lord opens the eyes of the blind, the Lord lifts up those who are bowed down, the Lord loves the [uncompromisingly] righteous (those upright in heart and in right standing with Him). The Lord protects and preserves the strangers and temporary residents, He upholds the fatherless and the widow and sets them upright, but the way of the wicked He makes crooked (turns upside down and brings to ruin). The Lord shall reign forever, even Your God, O Zion, from generation to generation. Praise the Lord!" (Psalm 146:5-10 AMP).
Many times God holds back the blessings He has for us as a Father simply because we have not prepared our hearts to receive the fullness of what that would entail. Because of the hardness of our own hearts to the Father we limit our potential blessings causing us more harm than good. Many believers in Christ would rather hold on to their doctrines and traditions of old justifying their position of what they think God desires rather than giving place to having a relationship with God as Father and coming to know the Father's business.
"When they [Joseph and Mary] saw Him, they were amazed; and His mother said to Him, Child, why have you treated us like this? Here your father and I have been anxiously looking for you [distressed and tormented]. And He said to them, how is it that you had to look for me? Did you not see and know that it is necessary [as a duty] for me to be in My Father's house and [occupied] about My Father's business? But they did not comprehend what He was saying to them" (Luke 2:48-50 AMP).
We can know God as Almighty, Creator of all as most other religions know Him. This position allows us to identify a unity with other religions of where man came from. We can know God as the Father of Jesus Christ as Christians do. This brings us to a more personal relationship with God as a follower of Jesus Christ. These are good positions in a relationship, but they are not the full potential that God created and desired for us to experience while in our natural body. His desire is for us experience and manifest "Christ in you!" These are not just sweet words of someday when I get to heaven, but the ability to intimately know Jesus Christ as a bridegroom knows His beloved bride in the bridal chamber. It is this relationship that the Fathering Spirit is drawing us to desire so that the WORD that Jesus Christ impregnates into our spirit will produce manifested LIFE as flesh.
Jesus is not just interested in us being His followers and disciples, but to live our lives with an intense passion of oneness as His wife carrying His child, the WORD, within our inner most being so that out of us will flow rivers of living water. Out of our heart, Spirit to spirit, LOVE to love wills the creative life of Christ to be released from our mouth and tongue. It is here that the fruit of the HOLY SPIRIT, the child (the WORD) of the seed of God will come forth as LIFE into the world from the consummated marriage with the LAMB.
Today, God only sees one man, Jesus Christ, the son of God. From the Father's perspective, humanity on this earth is not another man that came from Adam, but a child bride called the church in preparation to be the beloved wife of the Lord Jesus Christ to produce His LIFE filling the earth with sons of God. Selah.
In the beginning…the earth (the embryo of God kind) was without form and an empty waste, and darkness was upon the face of the very great deep (what does God kind look like?). The Spirit of God was moving (hovering, brooding) over the face of the waters. And God said," Let there be light (ME); and there was light (God Kind)….
"There is a spirit in man: and the inspiration (breath, quickening, last Adam, life giving, Christ) of the Almighty gives them understanding" (Job 32:8).
A Fathering Spirit behind all creation is the personality, essence, and image of God being manifested in His kind. God is Spirit. The expression of His Holy Spirit is Love. When we hunger and thirst for righteousness, intimacy with our Beloved Savior, the fullness of LOVE, LIFE, LIGHT responds, and the Holy Spirit unites with the spirit of man (the bride, the church, the wife of the Lord Jesus Christ) to bring forth LIFE.
"The Word was made flesh" (John 1:14).
"Out of his (the body of Christ) belly (womb, where life is carried) shall flow rivers of living water. (But this spoke he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)" (John 7:38-39).
"The abundance of the heart (full of LOVE) his (the church) mouth speaks (creation is manifested)" (Luke 6:45).
"Death and life are in the power of the tongue (the spoken word that originated in our belly and flowed through our heart): and they that love it shall eat (give birth to) the fruit (fruit of our husband, the Holy Spirit, or the fruit of Adam) thereof" (Proverbs 18:21).
"He that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit" (1 Corinthians 6:17).
When the Spirit and soul are joined there is a consummation of the marriage of the Lamb. To experience the Fatherhood of God, He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, unveiling the Father's heart unveiling His grace, love, and salvation. The Father foreknew you before you were conceived in the womb and He accepted you and named you before you knew Him as your Father. The greatness of His love drew you to Him to develop a relationship as His son in unity with Jesus Christ as one body in Christ.
Living in the full potential of our inheritance is living beyond mercy and grace manifesting the authority of God as sons of God in the earth bringing the Kingdom of God into our NOW. We move out of "what can I get from God" to "what can I release in me of the Father's heart to give God the glory."
Functioning at our Full Potential = Eternal Life Now.
Being able to function in the image of our Heavenly Father while in our natural body on a consistent basis so that the limitations of time have no effect on us.
"WHEN JESUS had spoken these things, He lifted up His eyes to heaven and said, Father, the hour has come. Glorify and exalt and honor and magnify Your Son, so that Your Son may glorify and extol and honor and magnify You.[Just as] You have granted Him power and authority over all flesh (all humankind), [now glorify Him] so that He may give eternal life to all whom You have given Him. And this is eternal life: [it means] to know (to perceive, recognize, become acquainted with, and understand) You, the only true and real God, and [likewise] to know Him, Jesus [as the] Christ (the Anointed One, the Messiah), Whom You have sent" (John 17:1-3 AMP).
"PAUL, A bond servant of God and an apostle (a special messenger) of Jesus Christ (the Messiah) to stimulate and promote the faith of God's chosen ones and to lead them on to accurate discernment and recognition of and acquaintance with the Truth which belongs to and harmonizes with and tends to godliness, [Resting] in the hope of eternal life, [life] which the ever truthful God Who cannot deceive promised before the world or the ages of time began. And [now] in His own appointed time He has made manifest (made known) His Word and revealed it as His message through the preaching entrusted to me by command of God our Savior" (Titus 1:1-3 AMP).
"As for you, keep in your hearts what you have heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the first dwells and remains in you, then you will dwell in the Son and in the Father [always]. And this is what He Himself has promised us--the life, the eternal [life]" (1 John 2:24-25 AMP).
There are two ways of understanding what we are going through: our own interpretation or God's. God's vision incorporates past, present, and future into now. We take our now and try to predict our future based on our past. We see trials but God sees great responsibility. We see being cast away and rejected but God sees chosen and selected. We see contradiction but God sees preparation. We see challenges but God sees victory.
"For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain and snow come down from the heavens, and return not there again, but water the earth and make it bring forth and sprout, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater" (Isaiah 55:8-10 AMP).
The purpose of God is to position us to "live by faith." God will not put us through anything that He is not going to use for us. "We know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28). "As for you, you thought evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring about that many people should be kept alive, as they are this day" (Genesis 50:20 AMP).
Since God's nature and character is ALWAYS good, He will always bring to pass what was meant for evil and bring forth the goodness as a furthering expression in our life of who He is. God does not ordain evil for our good, but will take the broken stiches in our lives and weave a master piece of Excellency that will be seeds for the next generation.
"The LORD shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase. Righteousness shall go before him; and shall set us in the way of his steps" (Psalm 85:12-13). "All [these] things are [taking place] for your sake, so that the more grace (divine favor and spiritual blessing) extends to more and more people and multiplies through the many, the more thanksgiving may increase [and redound] to the glory of God" (2 Corinthians 4:15 AMP).
Do not let your past keep you from your inherited destiny of your Heavenly Father's blessings for your life today.
The truth that you know is what will set you free.
Your biggest enemy is not your future, but the fear of the unknown you choose to hang on to.
