So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
Toxic Energy Comes from Toxic Thoughts

"So many enemies against one man. All of them trying to kill me. To them I'm just a broken-down wall or a tottering fence. They plan to topple me from my high position. They delight in telling lies about me. They praise me to my face but curse me in their hearts. (Selah). Let all that I am wait quietly before God, for my hope is in him" (Psalm 62:3-5 NLV).
People need people, but connecting to the right people will determine how we grow and develop our God given destiny of why we were born at a certain time in His story.
The natural pattern of socialization with those that we connect with to help us to grow and mature begins usually with our parents and siblings. Then we reach out to our extended families of grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. From there we have friends, teachers, bosses, co-workers, acquaintances, and strangers that are part of our everyday lives. Most churches teach their members to prioritize their lives by putting God first, spouse second, then children, and extended family. Afterwards are friends, co-workers, acquaintances, and strangers.
This may be the pattern of a nuclear society, but when it comes to overcoming acute death at the door issues of life, Jesus did not use this pattern.
After Jesus was filled with the Holy Spirit prepared to do the Father's business on the earth, he surrounded himself with a company of people. This company included both men and women. It included members of his biological family. There were times when Jesus would address twelve men. There were times when he would speak to seventy. There were times when he would talk with both men and women, and sometimes to just women. There were times when he would surround himself with over five thousand, and then there were times when he would require only three. It is the times when Jesus would appoint three men that I would like to share my thoughts about.
In Mark chapter five a story is told about a twelve year old girl that is the daughter of a synagogue leader who is sick and the father goes to Jesus to heal his daughter. Take note that this man was high up the rank in the official religious, law governing system, yet when it came to life and death within his personal family situation he is seeking outside help. He did not go to the High Priest of the day or any intercessory prayer warriors. He also did not go to the medical connections of the day. He went to Jesus.
As Jesus follows Jairus to his home he, was confronted with a crowd of people who also wanted to somehow connect with him including a woman that had an issue of blood that had been chronic for twelve years. This issue of blood caused the woman to be an outcast in society not allowing her to be around people, nor having a man in her life to take care of her because she was considered defiled and unclean. She was treated with total abandonment as if she had leprosy. For her to be there in the midst of a crowd seeking a touch from the hem of Jesus' garment was a life and death matter. She had placed herself in a position with the law to be put to death for being in that crowd, yet in her heart, she has been dead for twelve years since she had not had the ability to bring forth a son because of her issue of blood.
This is not coincident that at around the time the twelve year old little girl was born into the world, this other woman who wasn't too far away had begun having a blood issue that has lasted as long as the life of this twelve year old girl of the leader of the religious system in the area. Here we have two women; the young girl was at the stage of her life beginning puberty and the opportunity for her body to carry a child, but due to life circumstances she was dying. The other woman has experienced life in her body for herself, but yet would be considered dead because her body did not allow her to have a relationship with a man to produce a child due to a continuous blood issue that the law says qualified her to be unclean and defiled to be with.
Touching the hem of Jesus' garment was touching LIFE. The fringes of a person's garment identified the person of their status and position they held in society. The fringes on Jesus' garment would have represented that He was LIFE; the Son of God. When LIFE has made contact with you, anything that is anti-LIFE must leave.
After the woman touched the fringes of His garment she was healed. She was not looking for attention but the desperation of needing Life for her body she had been willing to risk everything. Jesus did not allow her to leave without making a public statement that she has been redeemed and in every way whole. Jesus publicly acknowledges the woman's healing by saying virtue has left Him. The seed of His LIFE had just been with her to bring LIFE transformation within her. This is an intimacy position declared publically.
Jesus continues on to the home of the Jairus, the leader of the synagogue. From the perspective of society of Jairus seeking Jesus for his daughter, this would be like the president of the USA seeking help from a fortune teller instead of his cabinet counsel; or a medical doctor seeking help from a witchdoctor for his own healing. Keep in mind that Jesus was not a collogue or friend to the synagogue counsel. They were looking for ways to keep Jesus silent even to the point of trying to kill Him. For Jesus to enter into the leader's home and declare that his daughter was not dead was a total mockery and insult to the natural intellect and high authority of that day.
However, notice what Jesus did. He did not challenge or justify His position and statement to the people. He simply took authority and showed them the door telling them to get out. No argument or discussion whether the girl was asleep or dead. He did not try to make an authority position as an expert over life and death issues. He simply told them all to get out with the exception of the girl's father, mother, Peter, James, and John.
Jesus had five people in His inner circle. The inner circle of our life is what is the heart issue of the situation? Who would you share your bed with? (For further study, Paul addresses this in Romans chapter seven.)
This young girl had not known a man, but was at the border of her life to be bodily transformed into being capable of producing Life; and then she dies.
The number five means grace. "For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ" (John 1:17). The leader of the synagogue represented the law; the inner circle is the witness of grace, and Jesus Christ is "the way, the truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father, comes into the Holy of Holies, except through Him" (John 14:6).
We now have the necessary portions to bring forth resurrection Life from the dead. Only God can come into the presence of God and live. There is no death, time, or conditional love in the presence of God.
So why did Jesus choose these five people as His inner circle?
Would it be our choice if we were faced with life and death matters?
Who do you want by your side when you are sick or at the hospital or facing a life and death crisis?
Jesus had with him members of his biological family: His mother and his brothers James and Jude. They had seen and could testify to the many miracles that Jesus had already done. They were family. Shouldn't that have had priority of who's in the inner circle? Why didn't He choose them?
Let's think about each of these five people. Please keep in mind that this is not a comprehensive evaluation of each of these people, but some thoughts to consider for our own life issues when we are faced with life and death circumstances.
We have the girl's father who knew and practiced the law. He is in a high position of authority. He would be like the doctor you would go to if you were sick, or the minister you would seek out to get closer to God, yet he goes to the person his congregation wants to kill, and then he brings him into his home...interesting!
Jesus kept telling the father "have faith." A life giving Faith needs to be in the inner circle.
Then we have the mother of the girl. She does not have a voice that was recorded, but she has experience of oneness with "faith" that produced the life of the girl from her own body. She has the "works" that must accompany "faith" to bring forth transformation into a new creation of LIFE. "Faith without works is dead. For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also" (James 2:20, 26).
Next we have Peter. This is the vessel in the earth that established the decree that Jesus Christ was the Christ; Son of the Living God. It was on this rock foundation that Jesus established His church; His bride; His wife. Remember we have two women; an issue of blood; and life and death. This is the whole Bible foundation for the Old Testament and the New Testament. It does not matter the personal issues that Peter travailed through. Those are the many journeys of life that we all struggle with. For God to come through the heavens as LIGHT giving LIFE there must be an earth grounded conduit resource.
Now we have James on one side and John on the other. Remember these two brothers were called "sons of thunder." What is the purpose of thunder? It is the atmospheric voice when Lightning strikes. These are the two disciples that the request was given to Jesus if they could sit on His left and right side when He entered into His kingdom. This only shows the limitations of their natural minds while God was already using them in His Kingdom, but they did not know the full extent. They only believed and responded to what they knew being with Jesus.
The name James has several attributes that we can pull from of why Jesus may have chosen him as one of the inner circle. Keep in mind that Jesus also had a half-brother with this same name. The name James is connected with the name Jacob meaning supplanter. It carries the challenges between the ego and the Christ identity in the body; what is best for self, versus giving one's self for others.
The name James also carries the attribute of Wisdom. King Solomon wrote much about "wisdom" emphasizing that it is a "woman issue." When we get wisdom, we receive understanding; resurrection life for that wisdom of revelation. "The LORD by wisdom (impregnated the woman/church) hath founded the earth (the image of God in the flesh); by understanding hath he established the heavens" (Proverbs 3:19).
After the ascension of Jesus Christ, this disciple was the first to be beheaded of the twelve. He was also the first to travel the furthest from Jerusalem carrying the Gospel of Jesus Christ before he was martyred. Shortly after, a foundational leadership was established for the church or bride of Jesus Christ by Jesus' brother James in Jerusalem. This is the author of the Epistle of James in the Bible. It is considered the first book of the New Testament.
We have two James; two Jacobs, struggling with wisdom to get understanding in the womb of man. "Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day"(Genesis 32:24). When he received understanding, he also had his old identity removed and replaced with a new. This is all incumbent with the position James held in the inner circle of a Life and Death issue.
Last we have John. We know much about John as the closest to the heart of Jesus. Where others would evaluate and share their experience and knowledge about Jesus, John shares Jesus from the heart of the Father. His name is connected with LOVE as the beloved. It is an intimacy connection of oneness in Spirit. The attribute of the name John is the GRACE and MERCY of God. Though John is a male, he brings the heart and soul helpmate of the church/bride of Christ.
Is James on the left side and John on the right? We tend to think of goats and sheep with this picture, but the reality is that just as James and John are of the same family, so are goats and sheep. There are times when it is good to be a sheep following the shepherd, but there are also times to be a goat; a giver of milk, an apostolic heart, and a sacrificial life as on the Day of Atonement. This is the scales of balance and justice. "Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face" (Psalm 89:14).
So now in this room where death lies in a young woman we have Jesus Christ: LIFE, LOVE, and LIGHT surrounded by FAITH, WORKS, the rock foundation of I AM the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE, WISDOM & UNDERSTANDING, and GRACE & MERCY.
DEATH cannot stay in the place where there is the totality of LIFE giving Spirit.
"Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other" (Psalm 85:10). "They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads" (Revelation 22:4).
When death and sickness are at the door of your life who do you have in your house, your heart to overcome the enemy of the body of Christ Jesus in you?
"The power of life and death are in the tongue and they that love it shall eat the fruit" (Proverbs 18:21). "Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks" (Matthew 12:34).
"Let a man [thoroughly] examine himself, and [only when he has done] so should he eat of the bread and drink of the cup. For anyone who eats and drinks without discriminating and recognizing with due appreciation that [it is Christ's] body, eats and drinks a sentence (a verdict of judgment) upon himself. That [careless and unworthy participation] is the reason many of you are weak and sickly, and quite enough of you have fallen into the sleep of death" (I Corinthians 11:28-30 AMP).
Do you have an inner circle that will discern the Lord's Body and intercede with LIFE giving affirmation to overcome sickness and death?
Today is the day of our salvation and the finished work that Jesus Christ completed on the cross bringing into perfection His body, His beloved bride, the resurrection LIFE of Christ while in our natural body.
"That I may [actually] be found and known as in Him, not having any [self-achieved] righteousness that can be called my own, based on my obedience to the Law's demands (ritualistic uprightness and supposed right standing with God thus acquired), but possessing that [genuine righteousness] which comes through faith in Christ (the Anointed One), the [truly] right standing with God, which comes from God by [saving] faith. [For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly], and that I may in that same way come to know the power outflowing from His resurrection [which it exerts over believers], and that I may so share His sufferings as to be continually transformed [in spirit into His likeness even] to His death, [in the hope] That if possible I may attain to the [spiritual and moral] resurrection [that lifts me] out from among the dead [even while in the body]" (Philippians 3:9-11 AMP).
Each member, each cell of the bride, the church, must be LIFE in Spirit and Soul to bring forth the coming of the Lord in the flesh. Our lives today are not about us, but about HIM and the power of His resurrection flowing through us that has overcome death, hell, and the grave.
As believers in Christ Jesus and our beloved husband, we must unite together in His Spirit around the world to birth the coming of the Lord as we rule and reign on the earth with Him. His Life must become our Life. His WORD must come forth our of our inner most being, the womb of man (male and female) as rivers of living water, circumcised by the heart, so that out of our mouths the likeness and image of Christ will take form.
"Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that has this hope in him purifies himself, even as he is pure" (1 John 3:2-3).
"Then He showed me the river whose waters give life, sparkling like crystal, flowing out from the throne of God and of the Lamb" (Revelation 22:1)
"The [Holy] Spirit and the bride (the church, the true Christians) say, Come! And let him who is listening say, Come! And let everyone come who is thirsty [who is painfully conscious of his need of those things by which the soul is refreshed, supported, and strengthened]; and whoever [earnestly] desires to do it, let him come, take, appropriate, and drink the water of Life without cost" (Revelation 22:17).
At the end of the Bible we have the Spirit of God and the Bride as one creating Life by the WORD released. Jesus Christ is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. What is ended is also the beginning.
Jesus said "it is finished" when He was crucified on the cross (John 19:30). When He rose from the dead overcoming death, hell, and the grave He was the first, the head of many to follow. The book of Revelation is the revelation of Jesus Christ, the body, the bride of Christ being prepared without spot or wrinkle.
What comes after the Spirit and the bride say "come?" The church is no longer a bride of self focus, but impregnated as a wife with the seed of her husband and with the desire to produce a son that is the image of the Father.
"So God created man in His own image, in the image and likeness of God He created him; male and female He created them. And God blessed them and said to them, be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it" (Genesis 1:27-28).
"We are of God: he that knows (experienced intimacy with) God hears us; he that is not of God(has not consummated with the WORD) hears not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error. God is love; and he that dwells (in intimacy with) in love dwells in God, and God (has impregnated the WORD) in him. Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment (accusing voices within our ego causing judgment, condemnation, and fear): because as he is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear: because fear hath torment. He that fears is not made perfect in love. We love him, because he first loved us" (1 John 4:6, 16-19).
The earth has been dominated by the father of lies, the spirit of fear and condemnation by the air we breathe and the thoughts we create and speak. Today is a new day. Let us begin taking authority and dominion over the spirit of fear bringing forth the spirit of faith.
Let every breath you breathe praise the LORD! If you are breathing, then begin praising Him in your going and comings of LIFE.
